Take Apples and seeth hem in water, drawe hem thorgh a strynor. Take almande mylke & hony and flor of Rys, safron and powdor fort and salt, and seeth it stondyng.
Take apples and boil them in water. Draw them through a strainer. Take almond milk and honey and rice flour, and saffron and powder fort and salt, and simmer.
